Eric Dezenhall
Eric Dezenhall is one of the most widely recognized experts on
crisis management in America today. Counselor… author… and
sought-after pundit, Eric’s perspectives on the controversies facing
business have propelled Dezenhall Resources to the forefront of the
crisis-management field. In 1987, he founded the company that is now
Dezenhall Resources. Eric appears regularly as a damage control
expert on network television, cable and radio and is widely
quoted in the press. He also has been published in The New York
Times, The Washington Post, the Los Angeles Times and The New
Republic. He is the author of the 1999 book Nail ‘Em! Confronting
High Profile Attacks on Celebrities and Businesses and has written
five novels. Before forming Dezenhall Resources, Eric worked at a
national public relations firm, a political consultancy, and the White
House Office of Communications and Presidential Personnel.

John Weber
John Weber is president of Dezenhall Resources, which he joined
in 1997. Previously, John held senior positions at three of the world’s
largest public relations agencies. He has a diverse background in
crisis and issues management, corporate communications, and
marketing. In addition to a 20-year career in consulting, John also
has worked at a national trade association, an advertising agency,
and in corporate marketing. John partnered with a law firm in
developing a product-recall manual for a non-profit publishing
organization. He is a frequent speaker on crisis communications
at trade and industry conferences.
